Hello!
I'm Julie! I have been drawing for as long as I could hold a pencil! I have a strong passion for visual storytelling and the arts. I have been working towards a Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia studies at Florida Atlantic University. There, I have been able to strengthen my artistic skills under the direction of my incredible professors. My goal is to apply to a master's program to enhance my skills.

Currently, I am a senior at Florida Atlantic University and am on track to graduate in May of 2025. During my senior year, I was a founding member of the Visual Storytellers club, which is dedicated to helping multimedia designers build their portfolios and network. Right now, I am serving as the club's first Historian/Secretary, managing the club's social media presence and advertising. In my junior year, I decided to start a minor in studio art to strengthen my artistic skills and merge my talents in art and film. My sophomore year, I had a teaching role within the marching band and was the social media manager for a band fraternity. For my first two years at, I was a member of the marching band.

FAU Digital Storytelling Showcase
My original animated short Ghost Gang was featured in Florida Atlantic University's first Digital Storytelling Showcase in partnership with Studio 18 in Pembroke Pines, FL. Ghost Gang won Audience Choice award and Best Character Animation from juror Cassie Shao.
2024 FAU Juried Student Exhibition
My final in-class still life drawing was accepted into Florida Atlantic University's Juried Student Exhibition. It was displayed in the MetroLab in FAU's Ft. Lauderdale campus from March 14, 2024 to March 26, 2024.
FAU Marching Owls Leadership Scholarship
Recipient of $700 Marching Owls Leadership Scholarship, awarded to members that held a leadership position within the band.
UNICO Italian Heritage Scholarship
Recipient of $5,000 Italian Heritage Scholarship awarded from UNICO, an Italian American service organization.
